Fiction: Nobody's Hotter (Odysseus / Polyphemus / Crew)

I am going back to the roots with this story, erotica in the style of (the translation) of the epics. I hope it works for you, because I usually don't write first person narration and I haven't written in this poetic style for a while.

Glossary
Cyclops, plural Cyclopes: one-eyed giants, who forged Zeus' thunderbolts and Poseidon's trident and Hades' helm of darkness for their war against their titan father Kronos. Polyphemus is a cyclops born from the union of Poseidon with Phorkys' daughter Thoosa. Phorkys is known to father many monsters with his lover Keto.
Hermes: the messenger of the gods, of course, but a find on the road was also called a gift from Hermes, a lucky find could be called a Hermes. Hermes is also a phallic god, whose simple statues, herms, were always made with an erect phallus and he is said to have taught his son Pan how to masturbate.

phalanx: fighting formation in ancient Greek armies.
Polyphemus: a Cyclops whose might is greatest among all the Cyclopes. The sea nymph Thoosa bore him, daughter of Phorkys, who is the father of monsters, and in the hollow caves she lay with Poseidon.
téthrippon, plural téthrippa: a four-horse chariot was known in Greek as a τέθριππον (téthrippon), from τετρα- (tetra-, “four”) and ῐ̔́ππος (híppos, “horse”).
Zeus Xenios: Zeus in his function as protector of guests and hospitality.
